What an amazing two days at #ConnectedNorth! It was fantastic discussing how our #satelliteIoT connectivity can contribute to projects in the UK and worldwide. Congrats to
@totaltelecom
for putting together such a great event!
“The net proceeds of the Placing will be used to provide the Company with funds to invest in Wyld Networks, through the exercise of warrants held by the Company, and to invest further in one or more of Tern's portfolio companies and for general corporate purposes. Further announcements will be made by the Company in due course as appropriate.”
From the wording they seem to have atleast one specific investment in mind other than Wyld.
Good to see we have people on the board waiting to buy 👍
Thank you for confirming how indebted the company is.
The only way out is through more and more placings.
Oh dear oh dear - mind the placings!
LOL we've just raised £400k and we have £3m loan facility of which only £500k is drawn. The current interest is £5,000 per month.
They always come in threes!
Oh dear oh dear its never ending!
Sweepie,
"what else are they going to invest in?"
Remember they have loans to repay! They are repaying the first £500,000 since December on a monthly basis plus interest. I am sure part of the placing is for that purpose but of course they weren't specific about that!
Wyld Networks and Prophase Energy have entered into an agreement to use satellite IoT to provide pressure data from Angolan oil and gas wells.
Wyld Networks and Prophase Energy will jointly begin monitoring offshore oil and gas wells to reduce environmental impact.
Angola is one of the 20 largest oil-producing countries and is the second largest after Nigeria in Africa with an oil production of 1.5 million barrels per day in 2022.
With Prophase Energy's knowledge and expertise combined with Wyld Networks' satellite IoT capabilities, it can better meet the increasing demand for IoT data. Prophase Energy focuses on enabling an efficient and safe way to manage production from, among other places, the Gulf of Guinea. They provide various solutions that monitor wells, including integrity management, borehole data collection, and production optimization solutions.
Wyld Networks' range of satellite IoT products, Wyld Connect and Wyld's network management tool, Wyld Fusion, manage the connection from well to end application at all locations to enable Prophase Energy's technology to deliver data.
"We at Wyld are excited to partner with Prophase Energy to facilitate digitalization in the oil and gas sector in Africa," said Alastair Williamson, CEO of Wyld Networks. "Delivering sensor data via satellite from remote infrastructures enables Prophase Energy to deliver better data solutions to energy producers."
The net proceeds of the Placing will be used to provide the Company with funds to invest in Wyld Networks, through the exercise of warrants held by the Company, and to invest further in one or more of Tern's portfolio companies and for general corporate purposes.
So raise £420k spend £33k on warrants, what else are they going to invest in when everything else is fully invested, it can't all be going on wages etc?
At current Wyld prices why are they not piling in?
