Maidit says: "AB could do with all the encouragement and luck that he can get in these delicate times, in a country that is corrupted beyond belief''
..
You are correct the DRC does have a well known reputation for being corrupted beyond belief. Yet Andrew Bell ignored this fact and invested in the country anyway.
So when he ignored the facts and invested. Surely RRR shareholders would then say "well it is your choice and if any corruption does occur with our assets then you must take the blame".
Yet apparently it is poor old Andrew. He sidesteps blame yet again. Even though it was his lousy judgement that made him ignore the facts and invest in a corrupt country.
They were rollovers.
What was all the excitement about yesterday'' x2 20m buys x3 10m buys 8m 5m 7m 3m 4m 2m 1m and others, then today nothing ? perhaps they see that 1 code and heard various whisper that AB is on his way back from DRC with the cash ? FK knows
but what a different a day make on our stock Market, filled with expectation as a tool to keep us guessing / hoping, and losing while doing so
GLA, hope it's before weekend for all concern...
and AB could do with all the encouragement and luck that he can get in these delicate times, in a country that is corrupted beyond belief''
GOOD LUCK AB

Sad; there is a grand total of six trades.
Interesting at 3.08 he says that originally it was a small alluvial play. That should mean that we have alluvial deposits on our licence too.

Thanks for that H50'' and if he is still in DRC, and a bit longer than the couple of days he alluded to in that interview then my solmisation is that he is not leaving without the cash even if he has to - $200k for the go between that is holding up proceedings.. as £7.3M would still be a reasonable good result, AB did say he don't intend to give him nothing out of the £7.5m award but i think shareholders would like to see him do a U turn on that rhetoric and come away with most of it...
AIMO off course

That will be a tea spoon then! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

PS did you actually do some research into the legal cases AB/RRR have won or are you still waiting on being spoon fed?
Still attention seeking I see?
It would be nice to try a slice, better ask the bulls what it tastes like as they've been eating it for quite a while now! So Hapless, as a humble man who's seen the SP drop nearly 90% during your pumping tenure, what's it taste like?
No they will just change the whinge.
Do the bears on here like 'humble pie'???
Unlikely but lets wait and see ... only 1 trade today too
So two trades, spread 15.385%.
Looks like the market is waiting on confirmation and doesn't want to trade.
🤞

As ever you have distorted my reply to Helpful to suit your agenda, do I believe there are naked short positions in RRR equity by parties close to the market answer is YES !
In respect of the DRC, as I pointed out the counter party wanted to bag all the money for themselves, that has now moved on, it seems the counterparty now wants their money just like RRR, it appears that minority interests are trying to bag some of the cash (Bell mentioned the counterparty solicitor for example) I think we may be close therefore as these entities can be brushed aside quite easily IMO.
Where Bell fails woefully is his muddled communication and yes there has to be some timescale for him to be judged or he can play the DRC cash card forever.
IF Red Rock had a competent and focussed CEO then there is significant value in the portfolio, it is crystal clear that Bell is not the man to deliver value and change is necessary, Bell is no spring chicken, he also owns 40m RRR shares which cost a darn site more than the current and pathetic 0.07p so maybe one last swansong and he goes, who knows.
The fact that RRR is only valued at option money means that just ONE decent event and it could multi-bag, that is why the proposition around current levels is a good one.

I'm excited
Mohamnx - Lundy is a real awful individual.
Some really good people on here and thankfully most are waking up to who and what Lundy is.
A privileged insider at best who should not be posting.
From the 16:07 post Helpful/Lundy was left speechless and without a valid response
H50 - Your 16.07 post !!! Wow I had to pinch myself. It could have been me or Dukey or Zumore.
You have finally reached the conclusion most others on here have.
The final small step is to agree there are no posters working with brokers to short sell. It's nonsense. The SP is where it is because of a shocking performance by AB
"Bell has no interest in shareholders other than the special ones" . Could not agree more.
I would love a 7am annoucement for all holders and to be proved wrong.
But that does not change my general view on Bell and the same cycle will continue
This is my understanding of the process
1) finalize and have both parties sign agreement
2) have official stamps on agreement
3) have court recognize and ratify the agreement
My best guess on this would be 3-4 days based on getting in front of judge in 24 hours. This could be longer if changes are made to agreement. Not everyone has access to computer, word processing programs, printers etc. Some countries still use typewriters
4) Take that document to Gecamines and to recognized, approve documents to process for payment
5) Gecamines make payment
AB previously said he wanted to be in DRC when payment was made to RRR
6) with funds in RRR bank account in DRC AB has to arrange for approval to send US funds out of DRC
7) funds arrive in UK
Steps 5 to 7 could take 2 to 4 weeks. Longer if Gecamines has a 30 day time frame to process payments.
In writing that I acknowlege that AB has stated in interviews that payment would be made promptly or immediately. In Gecamines case even if they said those exact words then payment in 30 days would still be truthful
I hope its faster but that a reasonable time frame
