'Dan has rescheduled his telegram chat to 5pm today'
What chat is that? I do not have a telegram account but willing to join if it gets me some news.
GLA.
Another possible way to consider the situation is:
That family skiing holidays (with wife and three kids) are usually booked some time in advance.
That a pre-arranged holiday can be worked into whatever schedule Dan had for BD activities/ discussions.
I fail to see that it shows anything about the status of discussions.
It appears the accident occurred on friday and Dan was out of hospital by Sunday and flew home yesterday, so hopefully the accident is not too bad and Dan is fairly robust.
Dan has rescheduled his telegram chat to 5pm today - so he is off and running again.
Ban family holidays! Sleep is for wimps!
Yeah, cos obviously the only way to hold discussions these days is face to face, and for 24hrs a day until a deal is signed 😂
I'm guessing NFT's cryptic post is reference to rumours circulating on other boards regarding a certain skiing accident?
If they are true then it would seem irresponsible to take a break from critical discussions to put yourself at risk of injury on the slopes. Might have been wiser to relax on a beach somewhere.
Then again, might also be an indication that IF there were any talks ongoing, they are now largely done.
Sorry yes I forgot Redshoes it’s tomorrow ✊
How’s Ebers getting on supposed to be real big lol 😂
That was for 2 shares though yes?
Hi NFT's, how is AVCT doing since you told us to buy at 135p?
Don’t tell anyone but Stephen Hawking is making a grand return tonight from his resting place to chat to any of the believers who want to pray 🙏 for him to find the elusive NXP002 formula. But it won’t help vertebra that’s been squashed falling down snow slopes.
Exactly fx, your loyalty despite your dislike for everything about the company is somewhat perplexing.
Then again you’re just scared of missing out.
Such unquestionable loyalty, despite everything.
How noble!
It’s alright to say it’s fear of missing out FX.
'I don't think they've been ongoing since 2019. I'm not even convinced they've been in discussions at all.
They won't reveal who they were talking to even after the talks have stopped.'
ForFXSake - you don't seem to understand NDA's (Non-disclosure agreements).
They have almost certainly been in place and prevent ANY disclosure during or after any discussions have ended. So Nuformix could not disclose who they have been talking to, even after talks have eneded, without risking severe penalties and likely killing any talks with other potential pharma's .
I understand your frustration with timescales - your not alone on that.
Hopefully with the data they now have any current discussions will soon produce a half decent deal.

There's nothing left for me to take out.
I've said it before, I have no confidence in Gooding's leadership after he deserted us but I do believe in NXP002. My only hope is that someone will jump in and take it from them before it gets sold off to some minnow as part of deal that offers nothing of value to NFX shareholders.
Ok, so another thing to your list of reasons why you’re still invested then.
I don't think they've been ongoing since 2019. I'm not even convinced they've been in discussions at all.
They won't reveal who they were talking to even after the talks have stopped.
Not sure why you thought they were ongoing since 2019 when the company said they had stopped.
I'm quite aware of that Soup.
I've been waiting for Dr Goodings ongoing discussions to bear fruit since 2019
Takes time FX, signing deals with companies has to go through lots of due diligence and sign off at board levels.
It’s very easy to sit here and expect things to happen, but very different in reality.
Even Alastair Riddell said that deals usual take 6 months or more to come to fruition.
I can see why you're hopeful, Drago:
"Major licensee technical objections regarding viability of NXP002 as an inhaled therapy are now addressed..."
What a thing to be able to boast. They should be shouting from the rooftops. Absolutely no reason for them to not make solid progress in those talks now! Is there?
That 'declaration' was made back in December. How much more convincing does this 'major licensee' need?
Dan has been oh so quiet.
He must be extremely busy.
News hopefully soon

Wash your mouth out Chab!
It doesn't explain the rise before the big sell off, unless your saying the mm manipulated the market. They wouldn't do that would they? Lol
Haven't got anything concrete but I still have some suspicion that its related to the warrants somehow.
Mostly in the if it was one seller, then they defo crossed a notifiable threshold, unless they were a market maker who don't have to declare below 10% holdings.
I feel one of the MM's were the insti who took on the placing and warrants, with a view to the company tells them when they want/need the cash.
The MM short sells the shares in advance to get the cash to give to the company. Knowing they will get the shares back in the future when they exercise the warrants.
Thats my conspiracy theory anyway.
Dunno. Very opportune for that big seller though, wasn't it?
I always thought issuing warrants increased the number of shares in circulation. Doesn't seem to have happened in this case though (if it was indeed anything to do with warrants)
