In accordance with Rule 2.9 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, the Company confirms that, as at the close of business on 3 April 2018, it had 394,097,973 ordinary shares of 11 1/4 pence each in issue and admitted to trading on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange plc. The International Securities Identification Number for the ordinary shares is JE00BD9WR069.
