T2 Income Fund Limited ("T2" or the "Company")
Result of proposed placing
Further to the Company's announcement on 16 September 2009, T2 is pleased to announce it has conditionally raised £11 million, before expenses, by way of a Placing (the "Placing") with new and existing shareholders of 44,000,000 new ordinary shares in the Company (the "Placing Shares") at a price of 25 pence per Placing Share (the "Placing Price").
Application will be made for the Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM (a market operated by the London Stock Exchange plc) and dealings are expected to commence at 8:00a.m. on 20 October 2009.
Following the admission of the Placing Shares, the Company will have a total of 87,000,000 ordinary shares in issue.
As announced on 1 October 2009, shareholder approval for the Placing will be sought at the Company's EGM on 16 October 2009.
