The Company is pleased to announce that the special resolution put forward at its General Meeting held earlier today has passed.
The result of the poll and proxy votes received was as follows:

On the record date for voting at the meeting, the Company's issued ordinary share capital comprised177,107,958 ordinary shares, with 6,350,000 ordinary shares held in treasury and 170,757,958 total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company.
