RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING - 5th March 2009
The Company is pleased to announce that at its AGM held today, all of the resolutions proposed in the Notice of Meeting were duly passed on a show of hands.

Notes

2. The proxy votes shown reflect the position as at 2.30pm on Tuesday 3rd March 2009, being 48 hours before the time of the meeting. Voting instructions can be changed at any time prior to a poll being demanded, and a shareholder having lodged a proxy is still entitled to attend the meeting and vote their shares themselves as they see fit.
3. A "vote withheld" is not a vote in law and is not counted in the total number of votes cast on a resolution.
