Notice of AGM and Posting of Annual Report
Scotgold Resources Limited ("Scotgold" or "the Company") (ASX:SGX) (AIM:SGZ) wishes to announce that a Notice ("Notice") of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") has today been posted to shareholders. The AGM will be held on Thursday 28th November 2013 commencing at 12 a.m. (WST) at the Perth Flying Squadron Yacht Club, Esplanade Dalkeith, Western Australia.
The Company also wishes to announce that copies of its Annual Report have today been posted to shareholders.
Both the Notice and the Annual Report will be published on the Company's website at www.scotgoldresources.com.
