Ruffer LLP now controls the voting rights over 33,499,570 shares (9% of the voting rights) of Better Capital Ltd (2012) which are held by Ruffer LLP's discretionary clients.

This change from 11% to 9% is due to Ruffer purchasing 13,578,160 shares in a recent placing of 176,738,625 shares. The new shares were admitted to the market on 15 August 2013.
