Notification of major interests in shares

TMN Group plc announces that it received notification from Schroder Investment Management Ltd that, as at 20 January 2007, it had a notifiable interest in 2,499,992 Ordinary Shares of 0.01p each in the Company, representing approximately 5.03% of the issued Ordinary Share Capital. The shares are held in portfolios managed by Schroder Investment Management Limited on a discretionary basis for clients under investment management agreements.
