Dillistone Group PLC05 November 2007 Dillistone Group Plc On Friday 2 November 2007 Dillistone Group Plc (the "Company") announced that ithad received notification from Morgan Stanley Securities Limited that MorganStanley owned 172,974 shares in the Company. The Company has now received confirmation from Morgan Stanley that the earliernotification was sent in error. Accordingly, the Company wishes confirm that Morgan Stanley does not hold adisclosable interest in shares in Dillistone Group Plc.
