Mondas PLC22 September 2005 For immediate release 22 September 2005 Mondas plc ("Mondas" or the "Company") Holding in Company Mondas announces that the Company was notified today that, following a sale of300,000 ordinary shares on 21 September 2005, JOHCM OEIC Managers LLP held, onthat date, 2,000,000 Mondas ordinary shares, equivalent to 7.66 per cent of theordinary share capital of the Company. Mondas was also notified today that, following an internal transfer, JOHCM OEICManagers LLP no longer has any interest in the share capital of the Company andthat FF & P Small Cap UK Equity Fund, a sub-fund of FF & P Global EquitiesUmbrella Fund, is interested in 2,000,000 ordinary shares in Mondas, equivalentto 7.66 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
