Highland Gold Mining Limited (the "Company") was notified on 29 November 2017 that Denalot Worldwide Limited has reduced its stake in the Company from 32,519,690 shares, representing just under 10% of the Company's issued share capital, to 17,318,930 shares, or approximately 5.33% of the Company's issued share capital, via a series of sales transactions.
The issued share capital of the Company as at 30 November 2017 consists of 325,222,098 ordinary shares of £0.001 per share. The figure of 325,222,098 shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
