Exercise of Options
Printing.com plc announces that at a board meeting held on 27 June 2008 it allotted 325,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company following an exercise of options in accordance with a third party option agreement. The shares have been allotted from those held by the Company in Treasury. Following this transaction the Company holds 75,000 shares in Treasury.
The Company's current total voting rights are now 44,918,465 ordinary shares of 1p each (excluding the 75,000 shares that are held in Treasury). The issued share capital of the Company consists of 44,993,465 ordinary shares of 1p each.
