Director's Share Dealing
In accordance with the requirements of Market Abuse Regulation Article 19, JTC announces it was notified on 19 April 2022 that Wendy Holley, Chief Operating Officer, had purchased 13,088 shares of 0.01 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an aggregate price of £7.602 per Ordinary Share.
Ms. Holley is a Director of the Company and the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Sustainability Officer for the Group.
Following the transaction Ms. Holley has increased her shareholding in the Company to 393,779 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.2668% of the Issued Share Capital of the Company.
