In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), JTC notes that Michael Gray, an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee, and member of the Audit and Risk and Nomination Committees, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of abrdn Latin Income Fund Limited with effect from 18 February 2022.

There have been no other changes to the information set out in LR 9.6.13R (2) to LR 9.6.13R (6).
