Director's Other Appointments

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), JTC notes that Nigel Le Quesne, Chief Executive Officer, has resigned as a non-executive director of Brooks Macdonald International Investment Funds Limited (formerly Lloyds Investment Funds Limited) and Brooks Macdonald Multi Strategy Fund Limited (formerly Lloyds Multi Strategy Fund Limited) (together, the "Funds") with effect from 31 December 2021.

Mr. Le Quesne's appointment as a non-executive director of the Funds, as announced on 1 December 2020, was a short term appointment for the duration of the transition period following JTC's appointment to provide fund administration and registrar services to Brooks Macdonald International. Mr. Le Quesne has been replaced on the board of directors of the Funds by a member of JTC's senior management team.

There have been no other changes to the information set out in LR 9.6.13R (2) to LR 9.6.13R (6).
