Director's Holdings in Company 

The Company today received notification that on the same day, John Watkins, Chief Executive Officer of the Company and his wife, Linda Watkins, sold 296,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price 13.5p per share. On the same day, the trustees of Mr and Mrs Watkins' SIPP purchased 296,000 shares at a price of 13.5p per share.

Following these transactions, Mr Watkins' interest in the Company remains unchanged at 3,822,738 ordinary shares, representing approximately 20.37% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
