Director/PDMR Shareholding
Tate & Lyle PLC (the “Company”) has been informed today that Sir Peter Gershon, the Chairman of the Company, purchased a total of 4,700 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company (“Shares”) at a price of 625.50 pence per Share on the London Stock Exchange. Sir Peter Gershon now holds an interest in a total of 82,080 Shares in the Company.
This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a) of the FSA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
