Notification of Transactions by

Persons Discharging Management Responsibility ('PDMRs').

Pursuant to the Company's obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4, the Company hereby notifies that the following Directors purchased Ordinary Shares of £0.05 each in the Company (the "Shares"):

Double A Limited, a discretionary Trust in which the extended family of Amjad Bseisu have a beneficial interest, notified the Company on 30 June 2011 that it purchased 2,442,004 Shares on the London Stock Exchange on 30 June 2011 at 121.59 pence per share, totalling 0.30% of the share capital of the Company.  

Prior to this transaction, Double A Limited held 51,031,735 Shares, being 6.36% of the share capital of the Company. The total holding of Double A Limited following the transaction is 53,473,739 Shares, being 6.66% of the share capital of the Company.

Alima Trust, a discretionary Trust in which the Bseisu family has a beneficial interest, holds 9,225,157 Shares, being 1.15% of the share capital of the Company.

In addition, Dr Jim Buckee notified the Company on 30 June 2011 that he had purchased 100,000 Shares on the London Stock Exchange on 30 June 2011 at 123.35 pence per share, totally 0.01% of the share capital of the Company.

Prior to this transaction, Dr Jim Buckee held 281,617 Shares, being 0.04 % of the share capital of the Company. The total holding of Dr Jim Buckee following the transaction is 381,617 Shares, being 0.05% of the share capital of the Company.

The Company's issued share capital consists of 802,660,757 Shares with voting rights. Each Share carries the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
