Change of Name Effective

REACT, the specialist provider of rapid response deep cleaning and emergency decontamination services, is pleased to announce that the Company's name has changed from Verdes Management PLC to REACT Group PLC.

Shares in the Company commence trading under the new name and new TIDM ("ticker") of REAT from 8.00am on Monday 17 August. The company's ISIN is GB00BZ2JBG28.

The Company's new website, www.reactsc.co.uk will be operative from the date of Admission.
