Appointment of Joint Corporate Broker
The Company is pleased to announce that it has appointed Liberum Capital Limited to act as joint corporate broker with immediate effect. Liberum has a recognised research, corporate finance, sales and trading platform in UK and European equities.
Commenting on the appointment, Magomet Malsagov, Chief Executive of PureCircle, said "I am pleased to see Liberum Capital take up the role as joint broker.
