EnQuest PLC Annual Report and Accounts Disclosure.

The Company announced on 20 April 2011 that the EnQuest Annual Report and Accounts 2010, the Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy for the 2011 Annual General Meeting had been published. These documents are publicly available on the EnQuest PLC website (www.enquest.com). This follows the release on 5 April 2011 of the Company's Preliminary Results Announcement for the year ended 31 December 2010.

In compliance with 9.6.1 of the Listing Rules, on 20 April 2011 the Company submitted to the UK Listing Authority via the National Storage Mechanism copies of:

The Annual General Meeting will take place on 25 May 2011 and the total of the votes cast by shareholders for or against or withheld on each resolution to be put to the meeting will be published on www.enquest.com on or shortly after Thursday 26 May 2011.
