Ranger Direct Lending Fund plc is pleased to announce that its ordinary share capital consisting of 13,500,000 ordinary shares are expected to be admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority, and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities, at 8.00am today under the ticker "RDL".
