subsidiary Tata Steel Advanced Materials Limited

This has reference to our disclosure dated February 28, 2022, regarding execution of a Share

Purchase cum Shareholders' Agreement by Tata Steel Advanced Materials Limited ('TSAML'),

a step-down subsidiary of Tata Steel Limited, for acquisition of 90% equity shares in Ceramat

Private Limited.

This is to inform you that, TSAML has, today, i.e. March 16, 2022, completed the acquisition of

90% equity shares in Ceramat Private Limited.

This disclosure is being made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations

and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
