Zephyr Energy plc (AIM: ZPHR), the Rocky Mountain oil and gas company focused on responsible resource development, confirms that with completion today of the Placing announced on 29 March 2021, following Second Admission this morning, the shareholdings of Directors that took part in the Placing are now as follows:

** 2,500,000 Placing Shares were subscribed for by Origin Creek Energy LLC ("OCE") and 750,000 Placing Shares were subscribed for by Mr Harrington personally. Rick Grant, the Chairman of Zephyr, and Colin Harrington, the CEO of Zephyr, are both shareholders and directors of OCE, and Colin Harrington is indirectly the controlling shareholder of OCE.
The notification below, which has been made in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation, provides further details.
Details of the Placing were announced by Zephyr on 29 March 2021 and defined terms used in this announcement have the same meaning as those set out in that announcement.
