ZOO Digital Group plc has today been informed that Mickey Kalifa, Non-Executive Director of the Company, today purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares")
Following this transaction, Mr Kalifa holds 50,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.07 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. Further information is set out below in accordance with the requirements of Article 19(3) of the EU Market Abuse Regulation No 596/2014.
Notice of Results
The Company will be announcing its interim results for the period ended 30 September 2017 on Monday 13 November 2017.
