Zanaga Iron Ore Company ("ZIOC" or the "Company") (AIM:ZIOC) confirms that its Annual Report and Accounts and notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders. The AGM will be held at Adelaide House, London Bridge, London, EC4R 9HA, England on 3 September 2019 at 10.00 noon (BST).
