Board Change

Zinc Media Group plc (AIM: ZIN), the leading TV and multimedia content producer, announces that Harry Bell has stepped down as Executive Director of the Board with immediate effect.

Harry, who joined the Group with the acquisition of Tern Television ("Tern") in 2017, has agreed terms to stay with the business for the long-term and will remain a key member of the Zinc executive team. He will continue to be part of the driving force behind the Group's growth over the coming years; particularly in further strengthening Zinc's share of the UK Nations and Regions production market.

Harry took on the role of Executive Director in November 2018 during a phase of Board transition, lending his significant television experience and helping to oversee positive change. Now this is complete, Harry is stepping back from this role.
