The Board of Zinc Media Group plc, (AIM: ZIN), the TV and multimedia content producer, has been informed that following his participation in the recent oversubscribed £3.5 million fundraise, Mr Luke Johnson now holds 55,111,120 shares in Zinc Media, representing 4.05% of the total issued share capital of the Company, as per the notification below.
