Total Number of Voting Rights in Yew Grove REIT plc
In conformity with Regulation 20 of the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007, as amended (the "Transparency Regulations"), Yew Grove REIT plc ("Yew Grove") announces that, as of 31 January 2022, Yew Grove has in issue 124,922,211 ordinary shares of €0.01 each carrying voting rights.
The total voting rights figure of 124,922,211 may be used by shareholders of Yew Grove as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Yew Grove under the Transparency Regulations and the Central Bank (Investment Market Conduct) Rules 2019 in Ireland (S.I. No. 366 of 2019), as amended.
Except as otherwise defined herein, capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement have the same meanings as given to them in the scheme document published by Yew Grove on 30 November 2021.
