Yew Grove's portfolio of industrial and regional office properties are focused in Ireland, the European economy posting the strongest growth throughout 2019 and 2020. Despite the challenges presented by COVID-19, Yew Grove achieved 100% rental collection in Q4 2020 and Q1 2021, driving strong growth in profitability and posting a positive rise in NAV. Yew Grove said it expects an "acceleration" of investment demand in spring and late summer 2021 as a result of the easing of lockdowns. The process of greening Yew Grove's portfolio continues apace.

This webinar represents a key communication channel for investors to keep up to date with the company's strategy and progress. All investors, whether existing shareholders or not, are invited to watch the presentation and take part in the Q&A session afterwards. There is no charge for attending.
