The board of directors of the Company (the "Board of Directors") hereby informs the shareholders of the Sub-Funds (the "Shareholders") of certain changes to the Reference Index of each Sub-Fund, as detailed below (collectively referred to as the “Changes”).

Capitalised terms used in this notice shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the latest version of the prospectus of the Company (the “Prospectus”), unless the context otherwise requires.

CHANGES TO THE REFERENCE INDEXThe Reference Index of each Sub-Fund is either the DAX® Index or is linked to the DAX® Index (the “Index”). The Index is administered by STOXX Ltd. (the "Index Administrator").

The Index Administrator has announced that, effective from 20 September 2021 (the “Effective Date”), the number of index constituents will increase from 30 to 40, such that the Index will reflect the performance of the shares of 40 of the largest companies on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange which meet the applicable eligibility criteria.

From the September 2021 review onwards, the constituents will be selected by market capitalization only. The exchange turnover will no longer be part of the ranking process. Instead, constituents will need to fulfil requirements in terms of minimum turnover.

For the avoidance of doubt this is not a material change to each Reference Index, and the Sub-Funds’ names, investment policies, risk profiles and fees remain unchanged.

Copies of the revised Prospectus and the key information documents of the Sub-Funds reflecting the Changes will be made available on the Company’s Website on or around the Effective Date, and copies thereof may be obtained on request free of charge at the registered office of the Company or at the offices of foreign representatives, once available.

Shareholders who have any queries or to whom any of the above is not clear should seek advice from their stockbroker, bank manager, legal advisor, accountant or other independent financial advisor. Shareholders should also consult their own professional advisors as to the specific tax implications under the laws of the countries of their nationality, residence, domicile or incorporation.
