Expansys (AIM: XPS) announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") relating to the Company's financial year ended 30 April 2013, will be held at 9.00 a.m. on 29 October 2013 at the offices of N+1 Singer, One Bartholomew Lane, London, EC2N 2AX.
