INCREASED AND FINAL RECOMMENDED CASH OFFER

Further to the announcement on 27 February 2014 by PDJ Bidco Limited ("the Company"), which is a limited liability company wholly owned by Mr. Jones and established specifically for the purpose of making the offer, the Company is pleased to confirm it today posted the offer document to Expansys shareholders containing an increased and final recommended offer ("the Offer") at 0.65 pence in cash per Expansys share.
