"Further to his appointment as CEO, eXpansys announces that on 29th January 2010 it granted share options to Anthony Catterson, over a total of 4,500,000 ordinary shares of the Company (the "Share Options") representing approximately 2.5% of the Company's current issued share capital. The Share Options are subject to certain performance criteria and exercisable at a price of 10.0p per share over the following periods:
