The board of directors of the Company refers to the notice to shareholders dated 17 November 2014, which set out certain adjustments to the Net Asset Value of the Sub-Fund to reflect the expected amount of tax-related liability to the Swap Counterparty which are attributable to gross realised capital gains derived from the trading of A shares since the date of inception of the Sub-Fund up to and including 14 November 2014.
Capitalised terms used in this notice shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the current Prospectus of the Company unless the context otherwise requires.
We wish to inform you the actual negative impact on the Net Asset Value of the Sub-Fund as of 17 November 2014 is as follows.
