Waterman Group plc(the "Company")Publication of shareholder circular
Further to the announcement by the Company earlier today in relation to the Disposal of its freehold property, Pickfords Wharf, Clink Street, London SE1 9DG (the "Disposal Announcement"), the Company is pleased to announce that it has now published a Circular in relation to the Disposal. The Circular sets out further details of the Disposal and contains the notice convening the General Meeting. The General Meeting will be held at the offices of Evolution Securities Limited at 100 Wood Street, London EC2V 7AN at 9 a.m. on 10 November 2011. The Company expects that Completion of the Disposal would take place within 5 business days after Shareholder approval is obtained at the General Meeting.
The Circular will be posted to Shareholders today and a copy of the Circular (including the notice convening the General Meeting) will shortly be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do.
The Circular will shortly be available to view on the Company's website (www.watermangroup.com), and will be available for inspection at the offices of Rosenblatt Solicitors at 9-13 St Andrew Street, London EC4A 3AF during usual business hours on any weekday (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays excepted). The Circular will also be available for inspection at the General Meeting at least 15 minutes prior to and during the General Meeting.
Terms defined in this announcement shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Disposal Announcement unless otherwise stated.
