Board Change
The Company announces that Rod Webster, who retired as CEO in June 2015, retired from the Board of Directors of the Company on 30 June 2017.
John Bryant, Chairman of Weatherly commented :
"Rod has taken Weatherly from its initial listing and its Zambian copper prospects through the acquisition and subsequent restructuring of the Namibian assets. Weatherly would not have the benefit of our Tschudi mine without Rod's tenacity at getting a significant new project financed and built in what have proved to have been increasingly difficult market conditions. We wish him well following his new interests in Australia."
