Trading Update
Wynnstay Properties is pleased to announce that the company anticipates a satisfactory outcome for the year ended 25 March 2015.
The Company's Independent Valuers have revalued the Company's investment properties at 25 March 2015 in the total sum of £21,780,000, representing a like-for-like increase of £1,530,000 or circa 8 percent over the corresponding value one year earlier.
Taking account of the above, there is material change in the underlying net asset value of the Company's shares as at 25 March 2015.
The Company's final results will be announced on or about 11 June 2015 and the Annual Report and Financial Statements will be posted to Shareholders shortly thereafter
