Western Selection P.L.C. ("the Company" or "Western") 26th January 2007
Following the approval by shareholders at the Company's AGM on 29th September, an employee benefit trust was formally established on 24th November 2006. Subsequently, the Company issued 467,530 new shares to the trustees of the employee benefit trust.
Application has been made for the 467,530 new shares in the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that dealings in these new ordinary shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares, will commence on Friday 2nd February 2007.
Following this issue, the Company's issued share capital comprises 12,825,221 shares of 40p each.
