Registered Office:30 City Road,London, EC1Y 2AG14th September 2006 Subscription Warrants 1997/2006 The final date to exercise subscription rights in respect of the above warrantswill be 27th October 2006 ("the Subscription Date"), being 28 days after theAnnual General Meeting, which has been set for 29th September 2006. On theSubscription Date holders of Warrants may exercise their right to subscribe forall or part of the number of Ordinary Shares of 40p each in the capital of theCompany ("Shares") indicated on their Warrant, at a price of 64p per Share.Shares allotted on exercise of subscription rights will not rank for anydividends or other distributions declared, made or paid on the Shares if therecord date for such dividends or other distributions is prior to the relevantSubscription Date, but subject thereto, will rank pari passu in all respectswith the Shares in issue at that date.Notice of exercise once given may not be withdrawn without the consent of theDirectors of the Company. Notices will not be acknowledged but certificates forthe Shares allotted will be despatched by ordinary post within 28 days afterthe Subscription Date. All documents and cheques will be posted at the risk ofthe persons entitled thereto. Pending despatch of certificates, transfers willbe certified against the Register.Any Warrants not so exercised will then lapse and cease to be of value. Witheffect from 4.30 p.m. on 27th October, the Warrants will cease to be traded onAIM.Application will be made for any Shares allotted upon exercise of subscriptionrights to be admitted to trading on AIM.ENDWESTERN SELECTION PLC
