Wren Homes Group PLC09 May 2007 Immediate release 9 May 2007 Wren Homes Group plc Court Approval of Capital Reduction Further to the announcement of 28 February 2007, Wren Homes Group plc (the"Company") announces that on 18 April 2007 the High Court of Justice confirmedthe reduction of capital cancelling the 10,892,000 Deferred Shares of 0.9 pence.The reduction became effective on 19 April 2007 when the Court Order wasregistered by the Registrar of Companies. Following the subsequent increase of capital the Company's authorised sharecapital is £10,000,000 divided into 100,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 10 penceeach. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue, and traded on AIM, remainsunaltered at 40,422,387.
