WPP announces that Jasmine Whitbread, Non-Executive Director of WPP, will be appointed to the board of Compagnie Financière Richemont SA ('Richemont'), as a non-executive director and a member of its nominations committee with effect from 8 September 2021, subject to approval by the shareholders of Richemont at its 2021 annual general meeting.

This disclosure is made pursuant to the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rule 9.6.14 (2).
