Warner Estate Holdings PLC06 October 2006 Warner Estate Holdings PLC NWDA selects AIF as preferred bidder for property PPP The Northwest Regional Development Agency (NWDA) has announced that AshtenneIndustrial Fund (AIF) has been selected as the preferred bidder to form a newPublic Private Partnership (PPP) joint venture for a portfolio of industrialestates situated across the North West region, but mostly in Merseyside and WestCumbria. The preferred bidder status will allow NWDA and AIF to finalise allmatters with a view to setting up the PPP on 1st December 2006. AIF is a limited partnership between Morley Fund Management and AshtenneHoldings Limited, which is owned by Warner Estate Holdings PLC (Warner Estate).AIF was set up in July 2001 to invest in multi-let industrial propertiesthroughout the UK.
