Warner Estate Holdings PLC ("Warner Estate" or "the Company")

APPOINTMENT OF KEITH HOLMAN AS SENIOR INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR

Further to the announcement on 24 May 2010, Warner Estate, the property investor and asset manager, confirms the appointment of Keith Holman to its Board today as a Non-executive Director. Mr Holman is also appointed Senior Independent Director in place of Bill Broderick, whose resignation as a Non-executive Director with effect from today is also confirmed. Mr Holman will also be joining the Company's Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees. Julian Avery replaces Bill Broderick as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.

Warner Estate also confirms the other changes announced on 24 May 2010 with effect from today, namely that Philip Warner becomes Non-executive Chairman, Mark Keogh becomes Group Managing Director and Robert Game becomes Group Managing Director, Property.
