Shareholdings of Directors and PDMRs

Mr P C T Warner, Chairman of the Company, received 858 Ordinary shares, and Mr R W Game, a Director of the Company, received 856 Ordinary shares in the Company today at 29.15p each under the Company's All Employee Share Ownership Plan ("the AESOP"). Mr P C T Warner purchased 429 of his shares as Partnership Shares and 429 shares were awarded by the Company as Matching shares under the rules of the AESOP. Mr R W Game purchased 428 of his shares as Partnership Shares and 428 shares were awarded by the Company as Matching shares under the rules of the AESOP. The shares purchased were purchased on their behalf by Capita IRG Trustees Limited, the Trustee of the AESOP. The Trustee will hold the Shares in Trust for a minimum period of five years following the date of the Award. The shares received represent less than 0.001 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

The Directors' other interests in the shares of the Company are unchanged.

Messrs D J Lanchester and V B Vaghela, PDMRs of the Company, each received 858 Ordinary shares and Ms S Harries and Mr S Wigzell, PDMRs of the Company, each received 856 Ordinary shares in the Company today at 29.15p each under the Company's All Employee Share Ownership Plan ("the AESOP"). Messrs D J Lanchester and V B Vaghela each purchased 429 of their shares as Partnership Shares and 429 shares each were awarded by the Company as Matching shares under the rules of the AESOP. Ms S Harries and Mr S Wigzell each purchased 428 of their shares as Partnership Shares and 428 shares each were awarded by the Company as Matching shares under the rules of the AESOP.
