Warner Estate Holdings PLC ("the Company")
Shareholdings of Directors and PDMRs
Mr P C T Warner, Chairman of the Company, purchasedΒ 632Β Ordinary shares, and Mr R W Game, a Director of the Company, purchasedΒ 634Β Ordinary shares in the CompanyΒ today at 39.5p each under the Company's All Employee Share Ownership Plan ("the AESOP").Β Β Mr P C T Warner purchasedΒ 316Β of his shares as Partnership Shares andΒ 316Β shares were purchased by the Company as Matching shares under the rules of the AESOP. Mr R W Game purchasedΒ 317Β of his shares as Partnership Shares andΒ 317Β shares were purchased by the Company as Matching shares under the rules of the AESOP. All shares were purchased on their behalf by Capita IRG Trustees Limited, the Trustee of the AESOP. The Trustee will hold the Shares in Trust for a minimum period of five years following the date of the purchase. The shares purchased represent less than 0.001 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

Ms S Harries and Messrs D J Lanchester, V B Vaghela and S Wigzell, PDMRs of the Company, each purchasedΒ 632Β Ordinary shares in the CompanyΒ today at 39.5pΒ each under the Company's All Employee Share Ownership Plan ("the AESOP"). Ms S Harries and Messrs D J Lanchester, V B Vaghela and S Wigzell purchasedΒ 316Β of their shares as Partnership Shares andΒ 316Β shares each were purchased by the Company as Matching shares under the rules of the AESOP. All shares were purchased on their behalf by Capita IRG Trustees Limited, the Trustee of the AESOP. The Trustee will hold the Shares in Trust for a minimum period of five years following the date of the purchase.
