Warner Estate Holdings PLCΒ announces todayΒ thatΒ Agora Max Limited, a 50/50 Joint Venture with Halifax Bank of Scotland,Β hasΒ exchanged contracts forΒ the sale ofΒ Pallasades Shopping Centre, BirminghamΒ toΒ Birmingham City Council forΒ cash consideration ofΒ Β£91m.Β Completion is due on 31 March 2009.Β TheΒ proceeds of the sale will be utilised to reduce theΒ debtΒ within Agora Max Limited.
