Committee Changes

Workspace Group PLC (the "Company") is pleased to announce the formation of a Board Risk Committee which will be responsible for overseeing the Company's risk management framework and advising the Board on the Company's risk appetite, tolerance and strategy. The Committee will be comprised of Damon Russell and Chris Girling, both independent non-executive directors of the Company. Mr Russell has been appointed as Chair of the new Committee.

As a result of the formation of the new Risk Committee, Mr Russell and Mr Girling will step down from the Company's Remuneration Committee. As of 9 September 2020, the Company's Remuneration Committee comprises Maria Moloney (Chair), Suzi Williams and Stephen Hubbard.

Dr Moloney will step down as Chair of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 1 January 2021. Suzi Williams, independent non-executive director of the Company, has been identified as the appropriate candidate to succeed Dr Moloney and will be appointed as Chair of the Remuneration Committee from the same date. Suzi joined the Remuneration Committee as a member in January 2020. She is currently Chair of the Nomination and Remuneration Committees at Zegona Communications plc and was previously Chair of the Remuneration Committee of AA plc.

Following his appointment as Chairman of the Company, Mr Hubbard has stepped down from the Company's Audit Committee. The Company's Audit Committee is now comprised of Chris Girling (Chair), Maria Moloney, Damon Russell and Suzi Williams.
